“After looking through tons of hotels we were a little nervous with all the reviews, I would say dont trust the terrible reviews here our stay was just fine!! The good! Amazing location! We could walk to the bridge and that was a huge positive for us! The room was clean, the shower was hot!, the pool and hot tub were clean and the kids enjoyed it! Some staying at the same time said staff weren't very welcoming/friendly but staff were friendly and helpful to us!! The not so great No...

“The cabins have so much potential with making it nicer . I believe we stayed at a newer two story “ “accessibility” cabin. Which the only thing accessible was the bathroom entry. There was no way a wheel chair could go up the stairs or into a small room with tall beds. The floors were super dirty and honestly not sure if they were ever mopped. My kids feet were black with in the first 10 minutes of walking around. There’s spiders everywhere! The webs are so bad! There’s may flies dead all over...

“The cleaning and dining staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the check in/front desk staff was extremely helpful and others were completely clueless. Luck of the draw. Overall the staff kept the place clean however the hotel itself has seen better days. The lobby intermittently smelled as if they had a sewage backup and our room has a very musty/moldy smell to it.”

“the hallway’s, stairs , and elevator was filthy they all needed to be vacuumed. My balcony screen door wasn’t functional if I wanted to keep my balcony door opened I couldn’t because the screen was ripped wide open! our linens had stains everywhere! this is why I bring my own blankets and pillows. the room door kept banging every time people would go up and sown the stairs. on a positive note the staff was very friendly.”
