“Well it’s very outdated, carpet was gross, bathroom door was hard to close, had to slam it to get it shut. Pool was nice but there were so many children unaccompanied by parents, our children couldn’t swim more than a foot due to the other children jumping into the pool almost on top of them. Bathroom shower and sink took forever to drain. The breakfast was so/so. The only great part was the shuttle a Miss Tammy was an absolute delight to talk to while leaving Kings Island. “Overall appearance is below average. This place could use maintenance virtually everywhere. The room wasn’t cleaned well and it showed, from the dirty food tray next to the microwave to the grime in the shower, to the white stains on the brown sofa, to the soiled carpet, the paint issues, green swimming pool water, and musty dirty smell in the room when you first enter the room.
I rejected the first room and staff tried to get me to stay saying that smell was normal. The second room was...
