“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile.
Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”

“The hotel definitely shows its age. Carpet is frayed, wall paper is loose, breakfast room furniture is not well cared for. Although we had no functional issues checking in or out, the desk staff we encountered did not present a professional appearance.”

“The highway noise level was bothersome in our room facing the road..breakfast on the weekend was 6:30 am to 9:30 am, why not extend this on a weekend?”

“Spent one night. Room was clean and comfortable. I was not a fan of the breakfast selection. I would have preferred fresh fruits and local food especially since the hotel is in an Amish community.”

“Worst hotel experience we have ever had. Both the night clerk when we checked in and the morning clerk were extremely rude. Clerk was rude when we checked in and when I had to go ask for a role of toilet paper because the room had none she acted like she was put out for having to get me some. The clerk in the morning was extremely rude to my wife for wanting to take a yogurt to the room. Have always enjoyed LaQuinta but this experience was awful.”
