“Not at all what we expected after reading the good reviews on Expedia. Hotel parking lot view is obstructed from any other areas, so no one except someone at the hotel could see vandalism, signs there saying hotel is not responsible for theft or damage. No front desk clerk was there for check-in, it took almost twenty minutes to find someone. Once checked in we made it to the floor of our room and it STUNK, like really bad mildew smell. And there was an AC at the end of the hall squealing like...

“The outside looks great and I assume had a fairly recent renovation. Thats where the positives end. When looking for a hotel, I want 3 main things - easy access, a clean room/fresh linens, and ample towels. 1. The elevator was broken. Not a huge deal until the second elevator also started to act up. At first the remote/tv in the bedroom would not work. Eventually figured out it was unplugged. Total waste of time because then the streaming continued to buffer/didn't work so the tv was pointless....

“I arrived around 9:00 PM after a long drive and significant traffic delays while traveling for business with Ochsner Health. As a solo traveler, safety is extremely important to me, and unfortunately, I did not feel safe at this property from the moment I arrived. The area surrounding the hotel was concerning.
