“Breakfast was sorry.Staff pic n choose who can take food to rooms..Dont like the non refundable policy..Because of the storm had no lights booked motel and stayed one night and man told me if I didnt stay i still will be billed .No consideration my electric was off for one day..Other patrons had no manners Was on first floor smelled cigarette smoke and barking dogs all nite.”

“Breakfast was good. Stick with the waffles! Noisy as expected due to the proximity to Hershey Park and it being summer. Our stay was 1 week and we had to ask for our room to get cleaned and fresh towels. Great location.”

“Hotel was good. Clean. Nice staff. Breakfast was ok. You can tell the eggs were fake like powered or something… cereal, yogurt and waffles were good enough..and the indoor pool needed skimming.”

“‘The Central’ was more like an upscale motel than a 4-star facility. After staying at a DoubleTree (3-star hotel) and then staying here, my family was disappointed. This was the least grandeur Best Western Premier series hotel we stayed at. It did not have that exceptional feeling like the rest. The bathroom was nearly the size of a 1980’s walk-in closet and carpet flooring wasn’t doing it for us after being spoiled at stays with hard-surfaced flooring. The staff was great, but the facility...
