“This was an absolute nightmare! From the very beginning we got there wasn’t what we was expecting at all, and already wanted to cancel, the front desk wouldn’t let us so we get to the room and there were men all over the place setting on the sidewalks, over on the stairs and they wasn’t staying at the hotel. The room was 89 degrees upon arrival couldn’t get it to cool for hours contacted front desk begged for a refund to go somewhere else they refused. So we made do with what we had with nowhere...

“The room and property were dirty. There was an unclean odor and vibe overall. We stayed here due to limited options with graduation weekend at Virginia Tech happening the same time we had a wedding to attend. Our bedspread had a red stain on it. The carpet had several white stains strewn in different areas. The chair in the corner was stained and filthy. We didn’t use it at all. The overall condition of the property was dingy. I guess our neighbors were smoking weed all night because it was...

“For the top hotel in the town, ir didnt justify its rating.
Whilst our room was ok, we were told had we booked direct instead of through a booking site we would have had a better room.
There was a very nice bar on the roof terrace but had no access for guests with disabilities.
You could not make bar purchases without a means of immediate payment. You could not charge to room.
The breakfast serving area was cramped and had a very restricted choice. The tables were left uncleared for quite a...
