“My room was comfortable, however after checking in and paying in full my bill plus deposit my credit card was charged the next day an extra $100.45. Was told i would get it back that day, then i would get it back the next day to i wasnt charged. Total lie very poor customer service. They dont want give cooperate phone number nor do they want you to talk to the Manager Sam. He is never available when i call”

“Nice older hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice. A couple of the outlets were loose and wouldn't work with our phone chargers and I think the tv remote needed newer batteries, but other that, I can't think of anything negative. The women at the ftont desk were both very nice and welcoming. Overall, a really nice stay!”

“The hotel is, overall, old. Cleanliness is poor. The room is cleaned occasionally, and only after strong insistence at the reception, despite the hotel website stating the daily housekeeping of rooms. The staff is not friendly and inefficient. The room rate is too high for the offered service. ”

“The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and friendly. Helped me with no issues and every-time they seen me asked if everything was okay or if I needed anything their customer service was fantastic. Will stay again very soon. ”

“The hotel is superb and the services are well organized despite the limitations of COVID. However, the added value of the hotel comes from the staff who are always available and make you feel cared for and looked after. The attention of the staff to the safety of the guest and the respect of the rules of prevention for COVID is remarkable. Compliments.”
