“I really loved everything about this resort except for the beds. They were awful. The staff tried to accommodate me by bringing another mattress pad to the room for the bed, but that still did not help. My husband nor myself got any sleep the 4 nights we were there because of the horrible beds. We had a king bed with the bunk beds. Both beds were terrible. This makes me sad because there is nothing else about the resort that I disliked. I would love to go back, but not at the expense of my body...

“The hotel itself was great. We had a king size bed ocean view. We was on the ninth floor, which I loved there was a few disappointments first we was told to bring cash so we did then they said they didn’t accept cash so we had to go get the money on the card and then after we did that, she told us it was an extra $50 per night that we wasn’t aware of. There was definitely not any warm chocolate chip cookies nothing there is free they charge you for the coffee in your room the water in your room...

“I did not get the room that i paid for or that was advertised. My bed was as hard as a brick and my TV in one of the bedrooms did not work. The outside area and pool area was very nice, and the property overall was clean and looked very nice, and had a lot of amenities, and it is in a nice location. Other than the bed and tv, out stay was very pleasant. We would stay again as long as we get a better room.”

“Very close to the beach. The property has a pool also. Views and gulf breeze from either side of the property. Very responsive (like in minutes)! So easy to deal with. Extreme relaxation vibes in the whole area. No elevator but the stairs kept me on track with my fitness lol
They also provide reading materials and I really appreciated it. The place did accommodate all 6 quests. We can’t wait to return!”
