“Top tier hotel extremely customer focused. Great breakfast. We did not eat dinner there. Opted for a little brew pub Gora Brewery. Onsen was lovely ”

“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“The hotel is in a very good position for starting to travel around the Monter Fuji and Ashi lake. Really near the train station. Hakone is not a good city for fun but it's perfect for relaxing the last days of your travel (2 days max). To see the Monte Fuji is enchanting.”

“Made a birthday stay really memorable and went the extra mile to make it so special. Highly recommended and very good racing experiences on the track and Tom’s formula college, go karts, expert Fuji tour guide, racing simulator and more. Even had a nice pair of black kite birds fly by with the stunning Fuji view.”

“This felt like a luxury apartment with a private onsen, large tv and bbq. The location itself is near a train station and several bus stops. Please be aware that this property is on a mountain so getting to those might stretch your calf muscles. Lovely location!”

“If I can sum it up in one word…. ‘Wow!’ This hotel was amazing. I booked a Japanese style room on the upper floor of the west wing with a private onsen. The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable beds. Sitting in the onsen and having a ‘cold drink’ with the views was amazing. The hotel staff was excellent on check- in and check-out. Dinner and breakfast service was also excellent.”

“The property has a lovely relaxing resort feel which was welcome after the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Kyoto ! The rooms are very spacious .. we upgraded to the ocean view room which was definitely worth it ! The balcony and view was amazing ! The breakfast was a lovely inclusion. , enough Western options . We had dinner there as well and was good . Tried out the onsen which was very relaxing and did help my sore joints ! The town of Atami is a bit run down , but the temple is nice and...

“Esperienza grandiosa dal punto di vista dell’immersione nella tradizione Giapponese. Non molto confortevole il materasso direttamente a terra e le sedie, però il posto è molto bello e l’onsen di altissimo livello.”

“Camere pulite, spaziose, moderne e belle. Questo Rykona, tranne la modalità delle stanze, era un albergo. Infatti l’accoglienza era media, abbiamo dovuto discutere per farci anche fare una sola modifica al menù fisso, in quanto non mangiamo la carne. Tutto molto impostato, con tante regole e la sala per la cena e colazione sembra più una mensa che altro. Nell’insieme era ok.
