“My partner and I stayed for 2 nights. It was our first time in Baltimore and we picked the hotel bc it was close to the Aquarium. We didn't use all the amenities since we wanted to explore but this was a good choice. The staff were polite and professional, the room was clean and on Friday night, the hotel even hosted a prom on their 7th floor. The bar, cafe and pool always had a steady flow of guests.
We included breakfast in our hotel package which saved money. We got complimentary vouchers...

“Front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating when I asked to be moved from a accessible room to a regular guest suite + super helpful with packages I had delivered to the property as well as answering all my questions about parking and getting around the inner harbor area. ”

“Breakfast was overpriced and it was a long wait with nobody acknowledging you.
Rooftop restaurant / bar was closed.
Valet parking price on the website is not accurate. It says it is $39 and it is actually $49 / day. still overpriced considering there is no other place to park your car....”
