“Very nice stay”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“This hotel was a good place to sleep. The staff was friendly and check in was quick. However it was not the cleanest room. Dirty towel was left on the shower curtain ride and I found a dirty sock as well. There also hair in the sink and bathtub. Sink water pressure was terrible and the bathtub filled to my ankle during my shower. Seems like this hotel is in much need of maintenance. Breakfast was good.”

“So run down. The ac was old and you could see outside of it. Paneling along the floor was falling off, stains on the walls, but, you get what you pay for i guess. ”

“Property close to Blossom Music Center and easily accessed from interstate. Our floors were wet from mopping , I guess. A coffee maker would be nice. We had no cups. The toilet paper holder was broken, not there. 2 half rolls sat on the sink. I would not stand in the shower. It was either terribly stained or dirty. I will not be staying here again.”

“Travel three hours just to get a break and was not notified. The property was being remodeled and there would be no pool or hot tub.. a complete and total waste”
