“Short stay and breakfast was plenty rooms very clean! Staff was magnificent!”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Horribly misleading photos. Once you step past the lobby or look in any direction you can see that everything was dirty, run down, and smelled. There was broken or out of service signs on almost every visible area, doors windows, etc. Our room looked nice but was very dirty. The bathroom was almost unusable. The sinks backed up the tub backed up, there was tubing and bite marks all over the door frame and walls. There was half holes. It was horrendous. The breakfast ran out of everything...

“Multiple outlets not working in room for plugging in devices, unable to charge devices. One of the lights in room was not working. Water in the bathroom from tap and in the toilet was brown. Called front deks and they told us it was because of recent work done- only information given on calling, no info prior to that. Positives: room ready on time, multiple options for breakfast. easy parking.”

“Clean room, jacuzzi worked half of time, old building that needed upgrades, no elevator, walking distance to some restaurants, very busy lodge with people in and out, nightlife. Overall, it was ok.”

“The pool area choked us with the smell of chlorine- it was ridiculously strong. We stayed for 4 nights (4 people in a room) and not once did housekeeping collect towels or bring new ones. The lighting in the room and bathroom was very poor- bring a makeup light! Often, there was nobody at the front desk or answering the hotel phone for assistance. “Upon arriving the receptionist was very busy so it took us a bit to check in. Once checked in and in our room we immediately began noticing different cleanliness issues, dead bugs on the counters, a film coating on the shower, baseboards and flooring were stained from previous visitors. The fridge was also very dirty with old food stains and puddles from leaking items. Upon arrival we needed to pay an additional $50 deposit that was unexpected and were assured it would be refunded upon...
