“Good clean rooms. Decent breakfast. Enjoyed our one night stay.”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Hotel rooms were clean and the staff were great in answering our questions. The breakfasts were great. The hostess at the breakfast bar was very helpful and the food was great.”

“The room was very nice and clean, also a great shower. The breakfast was lacking. After using the patio by the pool we couldn’t back in to the pool area through the pool door and had to go through a conference room and back around through the lobby, there was no key pad for that door???? The pool and hot tub were very nice!”

“The property needs to be upgraded, cellphone plugs not in the room, mattress was comfortable but could use a cleaning ”
