“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“The staff at the front desk when I checked in on 11-23-25 were excellent. They were professional and always had a smile on their faces. I've been to a lot of hotels around the country and to be honest the two young ladies at the front desk made it a more enjoyable stay with their enjoyment to answer questions. They even provided me with directions to the venue I was attending that night. 100 out of 100 IMO. Also the kitchen cook the following morning was very pleasant and the breakfast was...
