“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Nice hotel. Comfortable beds, very clean. There was s baseball team (minor league) staying in the hotel, and they did do some after game celebrating at night outside but inside was quiet. Close to great restaurants. Would stay again. ”
