“Newer Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean. Close to I-77, lots of shopping, markets, restaurants and fast food. Breakfast was continental but has more than the usual selections. Yogurt with various topping, milk/cereal, Oatmeal. hard boiled eggs, individual wrapped muffins. Whole Fruits, and Bagels. Also, a microwave in the lobby store to use. We enjoyed the large parking lot. Comfy beds. AC was strong. Ice machine and water station on first floor. ...

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Everything was fine. But we had to use the sofa bed, linens provided were missing top sheet. (4 pillow cases instead). Traveling with 95 year old Mother In Law. She had some trouble climbing into bed. We will bring a small step stool next time lol. Handicapped parking and ramp at the back would be nice.”

“Enjoy id not even close to what we experienced. let's start - the photos in expedia are fake. whole stay had very bad smell from entry to lobby. I asked for no smoking room and the room smells like it is not even open for days. you see hand prints all over the place. Bathroom water was not even working. We had no other choice then to leave immediately from there. Arguing with receptionist was pointless as she was busy arguing with few construction workers and there were few in line as well. The...
