“Yes everyone was nice and clean”

“Front desk check in was awful my debit card was charged for the total room instead for the incidental fee of $20.00 I tried several times trying to receive my refund in the amount of $105.67 my bank account was charged. I called Marriott customer service stated I would be receiving my refund on February 29th (no 29th in this month) tried to speak with the manager “Crystal” so rude over talked me said it was a problem between me and my bank. As of this date 04-07-2026 not received my refund....

“Minor things: ice & vending signs on each floor, they have only ice during our stay. Apperently several ice machines were not working. However, they did have vending in the lobby. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Walk in shower was an additional perk.”

“A older style hotel! Near interstate 30, our room was near the road a little bit of noise but after a few minutes didn’t even notice! Hotel was almost empty! A little surprised they don’t lower rates when they’re that empty! Just stayed to get some sleep! Very pleasant staff! Would stay again if passing through at the right time.”

“If you want to waste your money and then never see it again, this is your place. We booked through Expedia, checked in and when we got to our room there was black mold all over the ceiling, no running hot water and the fire alarm was disconnected hanging from the ceiling. We quick got our kids out of there for health and safety concerns and told the front desk. They said that when Expedia called them they would verify and issue a refund. “Avoid at all costs. Dirty, non-smoking room reeks of smoke, everything is broken. No coffeemaker in the room. Clean sheets and comfy bed are about the only good things I can say for this place.”

“Very nice breakfast (eggs, waffles, bacon, cereal, bagels, coffee, juice). Nice work out room with free weights and the pool was heated to 98 degrees.”
