“Hotel staff was very friendly. I'm not sure what people are seeing online. This hotel was immaculate brand new carpets in the hallway. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were nice and quiet and very clean.”

“We liked the temperature control thermostat which kept the room pleasant to be in. We also liked the soap dispenser for germ free cleaning. The staff was friendly and courteous. ”

“The hotel is right next to the highway, which makes it nice for a quick exit and get off the road and back on in the morning, but it was somewhat noisy with highway traffic noise. The room was extremely clean. ”

“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”

“We had an issue with the thermostat in our room and they quickly moved us to a new room - not before checking the new room themselves before moving us. And it was an upgrade!! Thank you to all - we had a great stay as always! ”
