“Buona struttura, confortevole e comoda.
Personale alla reception poco professionale e svogliato: invece di stare al desk è "spaparazzato" sul divano a guardare video al cellulare.
Non pensano minimamente ad informare il cliente che la pulizia della camera avviene ogni 4 giorni perchè scritto su uno sticker attaccato sul vetro del bagno. In altre strutture Hampton Inn all'arrivo il personale comunica al cliente che su richiesta è possibile avere la pulizia giornaliera della camera senza...

“We have stayed at many Marriotts over the years but had never stayed with TownePlace Suites. We were incredibly impressed that every single room has a stocked kitchen!! This makes it so much easier when traveling far from home. Also, the time we stayed, it happened to snow quite a bit overnight. I woke up at 5am & looked out the window to check the weather & noticed that there were 2 people outside going around & literally brushing off every single car in the parking lot. I mean, COME ON!!...
