“I was stuck for my connecting flight going into Charlotte due to Hurricane Arthur. I could not get the desk to pick up.. I notified the third party booking agent as soon as I could and they were able to contact the property for me however Wyngate was not willing to change the date of my reservation by one day. I would have gladly stayed with them when my flight came on.. I had travel insurance and on my end this did not cost me anything but I feel like travelers should be aware that the property...

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. A special thank you to Ganga at the reception desk, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home.
I’d also like to recognize Shannon at the front desk for her helpfulness, especially during breakfast in the morning. Both Ganga and Shannon provided excellent customer service and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here...
