“The Francis Marion Hotel was a great stay. Unfortunately we only spent 1 night passing through to DC.”

“Staff was excellent ,breakfast was excellent rooms were excellent, pool walls needed a desperate cleaning and jacuzzi wasn't working,outside landscaping needed better maintenance.”

“It’s being remodeled. Many workmen there. The lobby smells very moldy. Very very moldy . Toilets are way tooo tooo low. Need higher toilets. Pool was hot if you like it hot. Breakfast was really good. Coffee was really good. Mattresses very comfy”

“Our bathroom door kept locking from the outside so we couldn't get in to use it. I had to urinate in the Gatorade bottle twice during the overnight. The maintenance staff was not able to gain us access to it either. I had to actually pick the lock in order to get into it twice during the overnight. I asked for a rebate and I was told I wouldn't be able to get one because I booked it through Expedia”

“The room and property were dirty. There was an unclean odor and vibe overall. We stayed here due to limited options with graduation weekend at Virginia Tech happening the same time we had a wedding to attend. Our bedspread had a red stain on it. The carpet had several white stains strewn in different areas. The chair in the corner was stained and filthy. We didn’t use it at all. The overall condition of the property was dingy. I guess our neighbors were smoking weed all night because it was...

“Very nice modern and clean rooms, great for a short stay. Also had HBO Max and Netflix and all other subscription services logged in and ready to use for free which was awesome.”
