“Nice and clean room close to the airport with convenient airport shuttles that run every 15 minutes. We experienced an issue with the air system which made a loud and startling noise every time it kicked on. I have already heard from the hotel via email regarding this concern.”

Breakfast was definitely the highlight, with a wide variety and very good quality. The only downside was the room: it felt a bit dark and the bathroom tended to flood while taking a shower. “We have stayed at this property over decades. At least 25 times. We have had many excellent visits. Not so much this time. After we checked in (two rooms x 4 nights), we were told the rooms would not be serviced the first night due to lack of cleaning staff. Then after the second night the rooms were still not serviced. When we advised the front desk, they said they would make a note, but did nothing to correct the situation. We complained to two different staff members the third...
