“Hotel comodo se ci si deve muovere in zona, un po' meno per visitare Chicago, visto il traffico intenso che richiede almeno un'ora per arrivare in centro. L'hotel è pulito come la camera, ma il servizio di pulizia camera pare sia a richiesta. Su 5 notti, la camera è stata rifatta 2 volte quando è stato da noi richiesto alla reception. La colazione è standard, yougurt, bagel, waffle. Alcuni piatti caldi a rotazione, tipo le uova. Caffè sempre disponibile. ”

“The hotel was so disgusting and had dogs barking in most of the rooms as we walked to check out the room. The smell was horrific...like I was in a dog pound. We returned to the lobby and said we would NOT be staying because of the conditions. The desk clerk said that we would still be charged for both nights of the reservation even though we did NOT choose to stay. DON'T STAY HERE!
