“The hotel was quite old, the bathroom was not clean, some dirties on the floor. Breakfast was reasonable, no choices !”

“Our room was not ready upon check-in. No linens were left for sofa bed. The shampoo and soaps, and towels were not appropriate for 3 people or even 2. Though we asked for room cleaning it was not provided on either day of our 3 night stay. Staff was sorry on being updated, but did not correct problems”

“Hotel comodo se ci si deve muovere in zona, un po' meno per visitare Chicago, visto il traffico intenso che richiede almeno un'ora per arrivare in centro. L'hotel è pulito come la camera, ma il servizio di pulizia camera pare sia a richiesta. Su 5 notti, la camera è stata rifatta 2 volte quando è stato da noi richiesto alla reception. La colazione è standard, yougurt, bagel, waffle. Alcuni piatti caldi a rotazione, tipo le uova. Caffè sempre disponibile. ”

“This was an incredibly odd experience from start to finish. I was double charged for the entire stay the moment I walked in the door and was told that's a standard but I was also told that if the charge did go through they would take care of it. So I'm not sure if it's a standard or if they were unsure it was supposed to happen that way. We arrived and noticed the beach volleyball court was totally overgrown. The pool was not full and wouldn't be during our stay. They did not have an ice machine...

“The beds were incredibly comfortable with high-quality bedding. The gym was excellent with towels and water even headphones if you needed them. With so much equipment: free weights, machines, kettle bells everything you could want. Parking was free and very close to the hotel and it was secured. The hotel is right off the interstate, but it was quiet and very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel.”
