“I gave them a 3 stars because they put us in a section where they put guests traveling with animals. My elderly mother got upset with the constant barking and asked to be moved which they did move us but in the process of my mother moving us (as I was in an all day conference and not there with her at the time) something of mine was left in the room and when I asked the front desk nothing was returned. “Maria at the front desk welcomed us warming upon arrival and was very helpful throughout the stay. Staff warm and pleasant at all times. During daily breakfast lovely woman (I'm sorry I didn't get a name) made sure to let us know if we needed anything that we didn't have at the buffet breakfast. “They had construction going and wouldnt let us sleep since 7am we drove 16hrs and didnt get much rest bc of construction noise its understable but even Sunday morning they had noise & music .”
