“I’ve been here since Tuesday and our tv on the mirror hasn’t worked at all!!! To be a xhale member this is beyond ridiculous. The amount of money I’ve paid. I haven’t gotten no top shelf liquor. Every time I’ve ordered room service the food has been cold. I’m leaving a 0/5. Stars.”

“We were there for our honeymoon and the resort was excellent. This was our first all inclusive and it went far above our expectations. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful, it all felt genuine and was the culture throughout the entire resort. The food selections, view and overall experience were perfect.
