“Shower curtain to short, shower head to high and squarts out the side leak, toilet made for midgets, no couch in room but a very large area for one exists. Pillows small like for a single mattress however the mattress is comfortable. No counter space or table for your suitcase however there is oneOf the old style suitcase holders but if you have a suitcase that opens side to side you can't use it because it's too small. Breakfast is just continental style nothing really good. No vanilla creamer...

“The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!”

“The embassy was clean and beautiful. Adults got 2 drinks per night for staying at the embassy. The breakfast was included with the stay and above standard and delicious. The pool was warm and indoors to help stay away from the heat. The room itself was a decent size , clean and had all the amenities one needs. The location was near the middle of downtown phoenix which helps plan your travels with family. Overall a 10/10 on this stay”
