“Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!

“Breakfast was plenty w fresh food, nice variety of coffee, the hot tub was hot, and the pool was nice too. At times the outside was not together w the garbage having empty pizza boxes and sometimes wet towels. It was a very busy time with visitors. The staff was very polite and helpful. we enjoyed our stay ”

“The check-in and check-out process was very easy. I requested early check- in and they texted me when the room was available. The room was spacious with a kitchenette and tv room area separate from the bedroom. The bed could have been more comfortable and they definitely need to update their pillows.
