“Host was incredibly helpful as we navigated the immense damage due to Hurricane Helene. He was great about moving our dates forward and put us in a bigger house due to the original house still needing repair. Mike and his property manager Cara are excellent. Great team. They were quick to fix things and wanted feedback so they could continue to recover from the damage. Asheville needs tourists and they are open! We had a wonderful weekend strolling downtown and visiting the Grove Park Inn....

“Our family really enjoyed the property and we were close to all the activities we did (golf, kids adventure course, downtown, Asheville Tourists, etc.). The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great place to stay!”

“The place was lovely. Perfect for our overnight stay. Convenient to town. The views were beautiful. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed the hike to Jump Off Rock from the property. I’d rate the hike as short (took us less than 20 minutes) but definitely moderate in spots. (Not a leisurely stroll). We’d definitely recommend Nathan’s place. ”

“Charming, private cabin on a mountainside yet close to local attractions. We were greeted by wood thrush song and a bear sighting! The high back porch was the perfect spot for coffee, birdwatching, or a good book. Comfy bed, separate lower level we didn’t use also has outdoor access. Great spot!”

“The house was located in a quiet neighborhood and was very nicely decorated. It had all the amenities I needed for a quick getaway with my husband and daughter.”

“This house was wonderful! Plenty of space and close location to so many restaurants and shops to walk to. There were quite a few bugs, which I suppose can be expected in the mountains. And the floors didn't feel especially clean. We also had trouble getting one of the fans in the bedroom to operate. But overall, those were little things and didn't negatively impact our stay too much. We would rent here again!”
