Hotel in zona Bay View, Petoskey

“The lady at front desk (Jackie?) was very nice, fun and helped us in many ways. It’s an old building and that’s a part of experience. The only disappointment was the jet tab in our room. Probably not used much though looked clean, the hot water was brownish and a bit challenging to use it. Still we enjoyed our stay :)”

“There were no staff onsite, front desk or otherwise. Room smelled intensely of cleaning chemicals and was frigid with the A/C on full blast. You get what you pay for.”

“We came back to shower and the room had not been cleaned yet. Then we left and when we came back later on in the evening the room had not been cleaned. Some towels were taken but the bed remained in made and I had to call to get clean towels. We weren’t happy.”

“They were in the process of making updates and improvements. Very nice staff. Would stay there again.”

“Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. The property definitely needed sprucing up. There was much peeling paint, big water stains on the ceiling and the exterior looked very neglected. The bathroom was very small with a high bathtub that was tough to get in and out of. It was an old house, on a nice corner. But, we were a bit disappointed.”

“My wife and I loved our hotel room, complimentary breakfast, roomy and clean bathroom and shower area, very comfortable, clean beds, very friendly and helpful staff all around from the front desk, house keeping, kitchen staff and the location is superb in that it is close to Peteosky, Bay Shore and downtown Charlevoix. So, I must whole heartedly recommend to everyone who wants to pick an excellent place to stay, it would be here.”

“The pool and hot tub were nice. The room was very handy since it had a second room with 2 more beds, something great with 2 adults a d 4 kids. Breakfast was okay only a little sparce. Property would be suited well with getting a drain field put in so the immediate area and parking lot doesn't flood.”

“The Charlevoix House was a wonderful bed and breakfast in the charming town of Charlevoix. Steffan was a wonderful and attentive host that was kind, present, and made amazing home cooked breakfast! Everything was done with care and intentionality. We would 100% love to come again soon!!!”

“HORRIBLE ROOM, TERRIBLE!!!! NEVER will stay again at days in. Horrible. Unacceptable. I hope a health department will show up for an inspection of your rooms. They will close you down instantly Unacceptable. Room 103 had a bathroom door with 1/3 of it MOLD. On the bottom it was coming apart. I could not believe it when I saw it. How can you offer that to your customers. MOLD smell and inhalation affects someone’s Health. I have asthma and respiratory issues. I have no words and my blood...
