“The staff were kind but that doesn’t take away from what occurred in room 317. There’s a bed bug infestation in that room.
As I slid down after an exhausting day. I felt pinching and itching sensation on my face and arms. Mind you this was around 2:30AM. The room was immediately vacated and some of my items had to be tossed to prevent contamination from them to my home. Had to drive back home exhausted, emotionally drained, mentally exhausted. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were only rooms available with one bed. We were also told that it is the fault of Expedia that the Expedia website leads one to believe that there are two beds when there is actually only one.”
