“Clean rooms with a very attentive staff. ”

“Quiet room, clean bathroom and room. Very comfortable beds. Nice assortment of breakfast foods. Great coffee. When we checked in, the hotel rep recognized us from our previous staying early March. ”

“All was great except breakfast was not ready as they said at 600. At 900 not fully ready. No waffles no oatmeal. Had to wait because I don’t like eggs and sausage and all the other available food. ”

“I would not go to this place. I travel all over and have had stayed at places that are listed good with generally good outcomes. This was on the verge of condemned and we were so tired from travel or we would have left. ”

“Very clean! But here are the areas for improvement: The flow from the showerhead was very low. They need to remove the flow restrictors from the showerheads. The biggest issue is with the inadequate fresh air in the room. CO2 levels in the room got up to 1600 ppm, and the window doesn't open so there is nothing you can do about it. They need to fix the ventilation so more fresh air is delivered to the room.”

“Room had a smell of smoke and felt like there was no ventilation at all. The ac unit in the room was leaking so I had to listen to drips of water on wet carpet all night. The walls are super thin, you can here the people above, below and beside you. ”

“The sink didn't drain for about an hour. The toilet didn't flush well. The floor was nasty. The staff were on their cell phones, in pajamas and not very attentive. The outside was VERY trashy and ghetto. Inside the room looked nice outside of everything else and the queen bed was comfortable. Overall, I will NOT be back. Nor would i suggest it to ANYONE. It was a last minute choice as i was passing through and needed somewhere to sleep. I learned my lesson. ”

“Places, nice and convenient to many different areas in the McKinney area, the only thing is they allow pets and they were two dogs in the adjacent room that they did not stop barking, I notified the front desk”

“16.00 for breakfast isn’t much, but it’s the same stale food that any other hotel has complimentary. Bottled water in your room has to be charged unlike most other hotel chains. Pools were under construction, so maybe free water for the inconvenience would be an idea. I made a mental note to stay at Marriotts again. ”
