“Checking was smooth and easy but the guy checking us in was friendly. He didn’t greet us, barely gave eye contact and just pointed to wear our room was. Interaction was just very cold and unwelcoming. The room sheets were stained and dirty. Tub looked old and just nasty. The room was super humid to wear the sheets felt wet and the floor was moist. The hallways smelled like cigarettes that tried to be covered up with some spray”

“***DO NOT STAY HERE*** This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room was disgusting like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks or longer, multiple broken things in the room, the smell of the room was PUTRID. My pregnant friend had to sleep in the vehicle because of the awful conditions, after she got stuck in the bathroom because the door got stuck. I called beforehand to let them know we would be checking in late with our ETA, it took over 10 minutes to wake up the person working the front...

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ITS DISGUSTING!! We checked in, our room was filthy, blood stains all over the bedding, dirt and hair in the shower, pee all over the bathroom floor, no bedding for the pullout couch. The site says there are cribs available, we were told they only have one and it was already taken and this is why we booked this hotel. Went to call down to the front desk about the filthy room, the extension is non-existent, so I used my cell phone to call outbound to get to the front desk. Let...
