“Nice hotel on outside, great room, super friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable bed.”

“Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, wonderfully updated fitness center (could use another treadmill), and an outstanding hot breakfast! I had a wonderful stay!! Oh, and less than 10 minutes from BHM Airport.”

Stayed in a DC hotel that was $400 a night and this place wins in every area hands down!”

“Sheets had stains. Bed was rather hard. No extra roll of TP and the one provided only had 1/4 of TP left on it. AC worked well.”

When I checked in the young lady behind the check-in desk was more interested in texting on her phone than assisting me. I had to wait 10 minutes for her to finish before I got checked in.”

“One of the beds in my room had a stain on the bedsheet, but when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they did give me a 1000 point bonus with an apology, which I appreciate. I was able to sleep in the other queen bed in that room without problems. As I was checking out the next morning, a different lady at the front desk was pretty rude to me when I was attempting to get a zero balance statement on my bill. She told me twice that she could not do for me when I was asking her to do, but...
