“The smell in the room was horrible, like mold, humidity really bad, the floor was kind of wet.”

“The unit was sparkling clean. That is the only positive thing about the stay. The parking is difficult in tight spaces. Many guests (workmen) parked large trucks in 2 spaces. The check-in was chaotic at the dive shop. Decor is drab. Outdoor furniture was worn and dirty. However, the unit was immaculately clean. Kudos to housekeeping!”

“The management was unbelievable rude from time we checked into the time we left to point he had my mom upset so I don’t recommend this place not even for temporary reasons”

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”

“Walls are paper thin. Heard every conversation and toilet flush from the neighboring rooms. Loud drunk kids next door kept us up half of the nights with little to no staff help. Lobby smelled like weed.”

“The room is nice, and the property was exactly as described. Our host was very nice also. One suggestion— it would be nice if there had been some lightning near the garage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay on Harkers Island ”
