“Basic stay hotel. Good price . Some areas could use some renovation - like bathroom but was clean and in general a good place to stay. Fairly good breakfast options too .”

“Front desk staff rude and did not tell us anything at all about the room, the stay and extremely slow. Someone else’s garbage left in our room - on the vanity (used oral care). Room was freezing as unit heater was difficult to use. Room keys sometimes work, sometimes don’t. Would not go back.”

“One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at! And, we have stayed at many! Checkin was very efficient, all the staff were so friendly! The room was so spacious, with lots of counter space! The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. Nice shower with wonderful amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion to use. “The waterpark is a total rip off. You get a room they give you 4 wristbands that I lets my children use. Fast forward we walk in and I get stopped I need to pay an extra 10 dollars for a band so I can watch my kids. Food prices outrageous, and even though it said complementary breakfast we got a bill for 61 dollars… be careful we also had poop floating in the pool they threw chemicals and just let kids swim in poop water… ”

“Stayed here due to numerous 5-Star ratings but now believe they were all false. I’ve never paid $65 a night to squat somewhere but now I can mark that off the bucket list. Hotel felt very much like a half-way house and there’s nothing intrinsically wrong with that but would have liked to know before hand. Someone was heavily smoking on the second floor despite being a no-smoking property stinking up the place. Shower didn’t drain well and there were fist-sized holes in the bathroom wall and...

“Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. ”

“Decently clean, nice staff, comfortable bed. Small continental breakfast we didn't partake in. Only complaint was the toilet seat was awful, had seen better days and is an easy cheap fix. ”
