“Beware: internet does not support zoom meetings. I was there for a conference and had to lead a work meeting. After two people were signed in, the internet crapped out, and I had to run across to the Pratt Library (thankful for this library!) which luckily had a room I could use. I had asked a staff member about it earlier, if it could increase or if I could plug in, he sent someone to my room who “made it better,” but both download speed and ping write even worse after that. Don’t come here...

“Staff was kind, courteous, professional and attentive! The hotel was clean, but there were certain things that needed to be addressed in our room and in common areas, but way things to be fixed. “Just wasn't to our liking. Rooms were clean and in good repair. Staff was very nice and curteous. Breakfast in the Ash Bar was great. It's a very old and dark hotel. Room was very dark and small. Card key was deactivated before checkout. Had to go back downstairs to get it reactivated. At least two others had the same issue. ”

“Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night.”
