“Tutto ok”

“Se decidete di pernottare qui che non sia per più di una notte, visto che puliscono le camere solo quando si lascia il motel. Le stanze sono anche comode, con tv, frigorifero, microonde, ma hanno cattivo odore, credo per via della moquette vecchia e non pulita. La colazione lascia a desiderare, la seconda mattina non era presente il pane per i toast, si sono giustificati dicendo che alternavano con i croissant. Gli ho chiesto se loro riuscivano a mangiare le uova con i croissant. ”

“The property location was good for the purpose of my visit. However, we needed an earlier check in (By noon), but the room was not available until 2pm or so. For the check out, the hotel room had a reminder back to the door which stated that the checkout was at 12:00 hrs. “The room was tolerable, the bathtub had rust. Breakfast had minimal options, only thing hot was waffles that you make in the waffle maker. No protein. The environment of the hotel outside the room was absolutely terrible, some areas smelled like urine. Never aging!”

“The Overnight Desk Clerk tried to charge me extra money for "taxes" as I checked out of the room , which I found to be extremely unconventional for a hotel such as this one. I have never had to pay extra for fees before and I didn’t then. I love staying at Towne Place Suites, but this has really placed lowered my view of this property. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again and I will warn anyone in the future about these so called extra taxes being placed on their check outs when...

“The staff was super helpful and friendly. The only “negative” thing I would say is that due to the design of the property with all room doors opening into the courtyard it is quite a bit noisy. People talking, dragging luggage, and housekeeping carts make more noise than you’d think when trapped in a rectangular indoor courtyard. “DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This motel is horrible and I would not recommend anyone stay here. They gave us a dirty room at first, one of the beds looked like someone had just gotten out of it. Then the second room was barely cleaned. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. We were too afraid to sleep under the covers. And the final straw was the roach my husband had to kill before we left. We slept with the lights on, booked a better hotel at 4 am, paid EXTRA for the early check-in at Holiday...

“The room was fine. The only thing is that I feel certain things were not cleaned well. Stains on doors and walls, in multiple spots; starting with the door of the room before you actually walk in. Also the baseboards were visibly stained. I did ask to check in early I feel like they could have said we will not have the room available until it’s time for check in. Because that’s when the room was actually available. Valet was efficient. Housekeeping came. I did enjoy my stay and would book again.”
