“During the day you can see staff working hard to maintain the property—they are all very polite and helpful. A special thanks to Maria for her help! The lake is peaceful and a serene view. Parking is super easy and my room was cleaned well! The only feedback I have is to offer more than just tea/coffee and travel size boxes cereal for breakfast options—there are no options except for choosing the kind of cereal you’d like. “Cleanliness & new! Spent about 30 minutes in office because maybe our reservation got double booked. Young man at the desk really persevered and called for assistance and gave us a nicer room on 3rd floor of other building up three flights of outside stairs, which was OK, but we’re both 81 years old & did do it with luggage!”

“This was my family and I second time staying here and it did not disappoint. Room was clean anna spacious and being directly on the boardwalk was a plus. We enjoyed the beach which is directly in front of the hotel. I will be back again next yr for sure.”

“The room could of been cleaner. The coffee pot was not cleaned at all. The bathroom had a lot of yuk on the walls. When we went into the room it smelled terrible but got better leaving patio door open. Above all it was ok . Short walk to the beach.”
