“Enjoyed our stay. Great location. We were able to walk to the mall and dinner, and that's wonderful after being in the car all day.”

“No complementary water on the entire floor that we stayed on. Ice machine barely worked shot out water. Vending machine was completely broken. Went downstairs and night manager didn’t know today from yesterday and couldn’t help with any of the issues I had. Sink was overflowing with water because it would not drain properly. Horrible visit.”

“The place was filthy from the parking lot to the elevators all the way up to the rooms the pool hot tub no one has ever cleaned the glass the sauna there was a Band-Aid in there for seven days that we were there the breakfast bar it’s not what it is pictured it’s not what I saw in the Expedia picture of the hotel I have pictures of a yogurt machine that should’ve been cleaned but didn’t look like it was cleaned in years the filth was so disgusting a rag on the floor all week in the food area…....

“Restaurant, casino and pool area were clean and well maintained, very nice. The hotel room not so much: dirty ratty carpet, duct taped bedframe and overall not very clean.”

“Quirky older hotel that has been renovated. Generally clean and nice, the smell was a bit weird in the lobby, the coffee shop was being renovated and it was not available. Coffee and lite pastries were supposed to be provided but the was not filled when I was there. The corridors are oddly reminiscent of The Shining which is slightly unsettling. Staff was generally nice and helpful but dressed very casually, I didn’t realize the front desk person was part of the staff and not a guest. I...
