“Guest should not have to pay for parking. This is a nice hotel and it is expensive, having to pay for parking is an insult.”

“I'm here Monthly. Everything is broken!! And they blame it on the "remodel". It's bs! I've been in two newly remodeled rooms and there are a lot of broken items that are brand new. Only 1 working ice machine in the entire building due to the "remodel". That's bs, They can be fixed in a week. The entry doors are broken, apparently, due to the remodel. Again, more bs. No fridge in the room, no ironing board. A/c does whatever it wants. Hate to say it, but it's American construction at its finest!...
