“The room was very clean.Comfortable beds and loved their was Shampoo Conditioner and Body Soap and lotion.So much to do around.Would definitely stay again.Didn’t try breakfast though.”

The only exception was the shower curtain was not up to par for Hyatt Hotels. I forgot to take a photo but it was clearly used a lot and not cleaned thoroughly with a few red mildew spots on it. “Restaurant, casino and pool area were clean and well maintained, very nice. The hotel room not so much: dirty ratty carpet, duct taped bedframe and overall not very clean.”

“The place was filthy from the parking lot to the elevators all the way up to the rooms the pool hot tub no one has ever cleaned the glass the sauna there was a Band-Aid in there for seven days that we were there the breakfast bar it’s not what it is pictured it’s not what I saw in the Expedia picture of the hotel I have pictures of a yogurt machine that should’ve been cleaned but didn’t look like it was cleaned in years the filth was so disgusting a rag on the floor all week in the food area…....
