“I have stayed at this hotel for seminars and have always been impressed with the staff and the location and decided to bring my family here for our activity. The room was clean and the view to the courtyard was amazing. The weekend buffet had quite a variety delicious foods and our waitress was nice and made sure our coffee was full. Would definitely recommend for any activities in the Iowa City area.”

“Unclean, outdated, poorly designed for keeping clean. Housekeeping left a sock laying on the floor from a previous guest. Food unhealthy, unidentifiable and lacking any nutritional value. Vending machines empty or almost empty. Only redeeming part was two of the staff who were welcoming and seemed sincere in caring about their guests. I feel bad they have to work there.”

“Super clean, comfortable, convenient place in Tipton. Manager is beyond helpful and kind, you can tell the place is well-cared for with thoughtfulness, like well-stocked coffee supplies, cute fridge and microwave, bottled water, thick fluffy towels, bidet, hair dryer, and great individual reading lights for reading in bed. Also had outside benches for enjoying the summer evenings.”
