“The day of check out we had two housekeepers knock to say they were coming into clean (even though we had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the doorknob). One even entered our room!!!! When I told the front desk on our way out, she was not apologetic and didn’t seem to care how our stay was. Plus our bathroom smelled awful from the moment we got there. Very musty smelling. The exhaust fan did not work. Which I reported, but again she could have cared less. Will never stay here again. ”
