“I planned a staycation for my wife’s birthday. When we got there my wife found a cigarette under the bed. When I went to open the sofa couch. There was a cockroach dying under the mattress. There were stains on the couch cushions. Maybe it was just the Sedona division, I’m not sure. But I wouldn’t want to stay in that room again.”

“From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly above and beyond.
