“Lovely resort in terms of location, facilities, and very relaxed atmosphere. For a resort with the reputation of The Boulders, I would have expected the service to be better and more consistent. While we met some truly excellent people, there were a number who were just doing a good job and lacked a bit of energy and desire to go the extra mile. The room also needed a little love, with a few dings in the door, chipped paint work etc. Overall, we would definitely come back, but probably only...

“Room was clean and spacoius. The staff were nice but could have been a bit more informative for a new customer. Drinks were good. The Coyote Cafe was great. Liz was the best waiter! We had some mishaps with the spa staff but the massage was excellent. The Orange Sky was perfect. Great staff and food. Overall I had a fun and easy short stay and will be back.”
