“Great place ”

“This apartment was pretty basic but met our needs just fine. It was a great location near UT, easy parking and very quiet. We did not cook but the kitchen seems to have what you would need if you did. Decor was simple but nice, bed/pillows are very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a luggage stand or other table on which to put a suitcase. “Great little place, actual pin point not correct but still and awesome stay.”

“Pros: Good location, quiet environment, comfortable beds, clean washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen Cons: Small bathroom for family to share with minimal counter space, smells like dog/animals upon entering and stayed on our clothes afterwards, visited in April & pools were not clean at all, pictures of the grounds/complex definitely "play up" the area as it is not nearly as well maintained as pictured. The biggest issue: The management company is terrible. In short, the power went out one...

“Clean, comfortable ”

“Apt was clean and in a great location! Only thing i would suggest is a floor length mirror in 1 of the bedrooms and the windows were extremly dirty and need to be cleaned! Hard to see out of them and apt is a little dark!We did have problems with wifi not staying connected on saturday! Bathroom is a little dark and tub needs to resurfaced ! Its just old! Bedrooms are large and plenty of towels! Other than that check in and out very easy!”

“The unit was a bit smaller than expected but accomodated our small group. The unit was clean and well furnished. However, the pool was too dirty to enjoy. Communication with the host was good and the location was fine for our needs.”

“It was the right location for us. The place was adequate, no frills or extras. Could have been cleaner. There were some misplaced utensils, towels. Stains on the rug and sofa. All and all it served our need but we will probably look for something a little nicer in the future. ”
