“Easy walking distance to cool restaurants and coffee in Hyde park. We walked to UT graduation. Not a short walk, about 30 minutes but if you like walking and hate looking for parking it works!”

“The Lemon Tree apartments are dated. The interior matched the photos on the website, but was not as clean as I would have liked. If you are looking for a quite room this is not it. The air conditioning system was noisy and you could hear people in other apartments moving about and you could hear their TV's.”

“It was the right location for us. The place was adequate, no frills or extras. Could have been cleaner. There were some misplaced utensils, towels. Stains on the rug and sofa. All and all it served our need but we will probably look for something a little nicer in the future. ”

“Excellent stay! Super cute unit and comfy bed provided me with some needed rest and relaxation. Very quiet space. Great location. It’s not bright and shiny nee complex but that didn’t matter at all. The unit had all of the amenities, utensils, spices that I needed for a great 6 night stay. I even added an extra night. I’ll come back. ”

“Great apartment in a great location! Was perfect for graduation! Property was clean. Had a little issue with the parking passes that was fixed quickly with great communication with the hosts. Would definitely stay here again! Didn’t need to cook, just head out to the food trucks around the corner on 26th Street!”

“This place was wonderful to stay at. Small studio is in an amazing location and was perfect for my short visit. There was a small issue with the automated checkin message but Ames was very communicative and helpful and I was in very quickly. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice quiet spot near downtown”

Most of all, the hosts were terrific at customer service -- responsive, attentive, thorough and friendly - most appreciated!”
