“The property was clean, the room we stayed in was as well. Unfortunately the microwave didnt work and there was no oven. The elevator was also out, so we had to climb the stairs. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again. Oh and please try to extend the pool hours, 9pm closing is a little early.”

“Jacuzzi did not work, pool table/air hockey table was completely broken. Other items like the dishwasher and toilet paper holders were broken. They did not respond to my concerns in an appropriate timeframe, never fixed the issues. I also suggest taking videos upon arrival and departure. Very disappointed.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, clean, and provided plenty of options for activities. Our 13 year old lives in the game room, while our 4 year old couldn't get enough of the pool. My husband also took advantage of the small lake on the grounds to get in a morning walk and some fishing. He caught a few fish and got to know the local alligator .The rooms were very comfortable and clean making bedtime easy. I would recommend bringing your own blanket. I've learned Florida is hot,...

“Very nice, clean room with a great view. I really enjoyed getting the instructions on what needed to be done upon departure.... NOTHING! Many places want the dishwasher run, place the linens here or there, take out the trash, etc. Nice place!”
