“It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day.”

Staff even left their working materials on the bathroom. Lighting is really bad. Shampoo dispenser didn’t work and wasn’t changed or repaired. Valet staff didn’t leave car outside when leaving early even when requested.”

“There were NON-HANDICAPPED vehicles parked in the handicap parking spots. One person said they were just visiting a guest. Another said they park there all the time. Three of the vehicles had NO handicap plates or Placards. Very difficult for us to move to the door. We were too exhausted to make a seen. We will not stay here again. There are many other places to pick from nearby.”
