Magical place
Beautiful hotel. Fabulous decor. Stunning view. Our Room ( nr 3) was a dream very large with private terrace very comfortable and very good smelling. We appreciate the welcome gift with coqui coqui products. Delicious food and excellent services . Thank you coqui coqui for the great experience. Looking forward to try your other properties.

Beyond ! U felt as thought you were living in a Mayan Castle! So lovely and Authentic We couldn’t believe how amazing the design the exquisite architecture the individual details to every part of the COBA experience. We swam in Mayan made pools Ate delicious made meals Laid in the sun in beautiful couches Had an outside private living room. The staff was attentive and caring. Wd received beautiful perfumes and chocolates tgat were made on site. Tasted homemade honey And purchased two different kinds to bri g home Coffe e honey and chocolate honey. Sooooooo good. We were completely blown away by the Exceptional ambience and peace. Right on a lagoon In the jungle Birds everywhere. Coda ruins two minutes away. The Cenotes were 8-10 minutes away. Absolutely gorgeous! Thank you!

Es hotel claramente es boutique y es una experiencia única. El estar en una de sus pocas habitaciones te da una sensación de exclusividad. La arquitectura es única y la ubicación increíble. En lugar tranquilo alejado del ruido y bullicio. Las habitaciones son espectaculares y merecen disfrutarse en pleno. La experiencia de la comida es muy buena, así como del area de perfumería. Altamente recomendado. He ido dos veces a disfrutar del espacio único.

Está en una zona alejada de Coba y el entorno del hotel es original. Los desayunos muy flojos, te obligan a extras fuera de carta. El restaurante está bien, pero no ponen nada de cortesía como en los restaurantes de la zona. Los perfumes son calidad norma a precio de premium europeo

Its like been in a jungle fairy-tale. The food its insanely good. Cristal was so attentive all our stay and with Eliu they are the perfect team work. The only thing its missed is body lotion and hand soap in the room. We love Coqui Coqui experience!

Gorgeous property. Close enough to walk to entrance of Coba ruins, go right at 8am to avoid all the tour buses! You’ll have the ruins all to yourself! The cenotes are a quick drive away as well. The spa was lovely, food was fantastic. The staff was very attentive, and excellent. I just wish there were bathrobes to go to the spa. Highly recommended!

The staff, property, room and amenities are out of this world, the dinning at the on site restaurant was a culinary masterpiece. The wife is sure she received the best massage ever with the 2hr AloeVera spa treatment You can not go wrong if you choose to stay here.. A step above to say the least..

Great property needs better food options
Very cool set up. Gorgeous property. However, restaurant was only so-so, with not great service, and VERY VERY expensive. After our first meal there we ate exclusively off-property (and there are lots of greta options in Coba for about 1/10 of the price).

Beautiful little spot
Adorable little boutique hotel. As they are a perfumeria the first thing you do is select the scent you would like for your toiletry products, including a bug spray and bath oil. Service is unobtrusive, setting is beautiful, bed is comfy, room was delightfully laid out -- the little breakfast veranda was a nice touch.

This is the perfect place if you’re in the need for quiet, reflective time. The staff is very friendly, service is top notch, and the spa is small, but wonderful massage therapists.

Stay in this magic castle like hotel.
Coqui coqui is an absolutely magical hotel off the beaten path. It is tranquil and stunning. Take a couple nights to come out from tulum and recharge your batteries. It’s worth every moment soak in your tub and enjoy the pools. The amenities are amazing and the staff is very kind.

I think that Coqui Coqui is a refreshing change to the overly commercial mass tourism in Tulum. It’s a beautifully designed boutique hotel with stunning toiletries by the brand and very much a unique experience because of the architecture that truly does blend in with the surrounding Coba ruins. The staff were attentive and incredibly professional and made me feel very welcome. The food for lunch and dinner is a culinary treat in itself - if you are a foodie and are not afraid to try some local fusion/unique ingredients then this is the place for you.

Hotel design and rooms are a must see. Unique and comfortable. Restaurant space also very cool. Food was so so. Chef was trying to hard to be creative at the expense of taste and satisfaction. So much so that we avoided the free breakfast. Close to Tulum so I can see this as a getaway inland from there, would go back if food improves and if spa becomes a draw, as the overall space s very relaxing. A menu outlining spa services would be nice

Romantic getaway
We stayed in Tulum for 11 days, and this was the highlight of the trip. The place is one of the most romantic hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Our suit was amazing and very luxurious. A must-stay when you are in Tulum.

Beautifully Designed Hotel Near the Ruins of Coba
Coqui Coqui is a beautifully designed property steps from the Coba ruins in Mexico. It's the perfect place to rest your head while road tripping or traveling through the Yucatan. The hotels design is spectacular, with earthy touches and special architectural surprises throughout. The food is also incredible, and we recommend you eat all meals on property. We loved our stay but recommend the hotel for only one or two nights as there is not much to do in Coba and everything closes early.

concepto muy padre , lastima del hotel nos toco muy mala suerte teníamos muchas ganas de conocer el hotel y nos toco muy mala experiencia con el cuarto de hotel , la cama rechina como película de terror , el AC te da en la cara directo , las cortinas dejan pasar toda la luz unas cuantas cortas pues entra mas luz aun , el agua huele a huevo podrido no pudimos bañarnos , no habia WIFI en el hotel en ninguna área , nos salió un ciempiés en la cama del cuarto de verdad de película de terror , pero no todo fue tan malo el restaurante es espectacular , la comida y bebidas de lo mejor y mejor aun el servicio de su personal siempre atento y con muy buena actitud a todo , de nuestra parte jamas regresaríamos pero vale la pena mucho su área de lobby , cocina y restaurant tiene una idea y ejecución de primera imagino que por eso es famoso y no tanto por sus cuartos y servicios de hotel.

Waouh ! Un hôtel magique !
Petit boutique hôtel sublime et unique, dans un esprit Indiana Jones-design donnant sur un lac et situé tout près des ruines (N.B. : hormis le lac, autres alentours immédiats sans intérêt avec quelques chiens errants, comme souvent au Mexique). Architecture de l'hôtel et décoration incroyables (nous étions dans une suite très spacieuse tout en haut de l'hôtel et sans aucun voisins directs). Magique ! Personnel adorable et très attentionné. Parfums de la marque raffinés. Ambiance du dîner unique, éclairé à la bougie, dans un esprit chic-très décontracté avec excellente bande son. Cuisine délicieuse avec produits frais. Excellent petit déjeuner. Très bonne connection wifi (mais pas de téléphone dans la chambre pour contacter la réception si besoin). Une ambiance totalement unique créant une expérience hôtelière mémorable !

The buildings are new but were built to look as if they are park of the Coba archeological site. On the edge of the Laguna Coba, each morning, the birds serenade the sun as it rises over the still and quiet lagoon. Suite #5 is a dream, a living room with two twin beds made up as day beds, two bathrooms, a shower room plus a private outdoor tub in the back. In the front is a semi private swimming pool. Upstairs there is a king bed, a writing desk, two hammocks, two deep bath tubs and two outdoor terraces. All of the details are done beautifully. Very jungle chic. I am an early riser. Before the others woke and the restaurant opened at 8AM, I took a swim in the pool, and read on an outdoor bed in a shady pavilion overlooking the tranquil lagoon. Heaven. When we were all up and we went to the lounge area for the continental breakfast included – a delicious homemade granola with crystallized ginger and dried fruits, yogurt, fresh squeezed orange juice, toast and marmalade made from local tropical fruit and delicious coffee. (My son had eggs) Perfect. We walked over to the Coba archeological site. We could have driven but it is less than ½ mile down the road on the lagoon. After enjoying exploring Coba, we couldn’t wait to get back to CCC to swim and nap in the heat of the afternoon. The next day was idyllic. We rested, we swam, and I had a massage in the spa.

Enchanting Site
I was immediately blown away by this hotel! The attention to detail and crafted aesthetic is truly impressive. The small intimate space created tranquility and also allowed the staff to provide great service. I fell in love with many intimate corners, but especially enjoyed feeling tucked away, yet also exposed to the beautiful lagoon while enjoying dinner. I would recommend that everyone go experience the magic.
