“Run from this property!! Booked 1 1/2 months in advance. When arrived late at night after traveling since 3am from the west coast with small children was told that they only have a basement room available and that I could first look at it and then if it is not satisfactory they would refund me. What choice does that leave me to try to find a new hotel late at night? Then when I accepted the basement room where the air was not working in the middle of summer they said I could pack up and drive...

“This is an older property with cosmetic damages- scratches, dents, stained towels, etc…. However everything worked just fine and it was clean. It was conveniently located to Hershey park and chocolate world. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast fare. The price was appropriate for what we got so we were happy.”

“Loved the indoor pool and breakfast. The bed was amazing and handicap shower was super useful for my husband. The carpet was really disgusting and the furniture and decor in the room are dated and not plannef”

“A couple negatives on arrival… the heat was on in the room (it was 95°+ outside that day) and the refrigerator had been turned off and water from the freezer thaw was draining onto the floor. Other than these two things, which I was able to correct myself, it was a good stay. The room was otherwise clean and spacious. The breakfast was ok. Overall a good value for the price.”
