A mistake was made and I was booked in 2 hotels the same day and Expedia and hotel would not help me CHANGE not get a refund on the bookings I had. “Originally couldn't make my Saturday night reservation due to circumstances beyond my control but the staff graciously (and without hesitation) changing it to the night after, even though this was a fully paid reservation and they didn't have to do so. My son ended up staying and he loved it! Thanks BMI for being so understanding and gracious! It helped the stressful weekend be much less so!”

“My family was there for a combined family reunion and my sister’s celebration of life. I had a presentation a slideshow on my computer and forgot a cord to finish up before the day. The receptionist at check in provided the cord I needed to finish up. The staff was very polite and helpful for all of us. We had our rooms together which was kind and one large room so we could gather the first night.”

“Really liked the rustic yet modern appointments of the room itself including the dresser, fireplace, artwork, and tables. There were plenty of bath and hand towels; a hairdryer; shampoo; conditioner; body wash; tissues; TP; coffee; refrigerator; tv w/huge movie selection, etc. The creek right outside the veranda door was a welcomed sight with a roaring current that was a pleasure to hear. The room was clean and would not hesitate to return to this location if the opportunity arose. ”
