“The hotel itself was nice and the staff was friendly. Our only complaint was that our room did not come with blackout curtains, only the shades, so at 6:30 in the morning the room was full of sunlight, waking us both up when we were really looking forward to sleeping in a bit. ”

“When we arrived the elevator did not work and we were on the third floor. The bathroom was not clean and when calling down to ask for someone to clean it they didn’t have any cleaning staff available. The front desk clerk came up to clean it but the way she cleaned was not sanitary but in fairness she offered to give us another room before she “cleaned” the toilet seat. Honestly I wasn’t convinced it would be any better. We were only there for one night so decided to just stick it out and leave...

“Chose this hotel because of the close proximity to the airport due to flying out early the next morning. The flooring in our room was peeling up in various places, the floor was sticky, the air conditioner barely worked, and the beds were not comfortable. It seemed as though the room had flooded at some point in time and they didn’t replace the flooring. This room was unacceptable. ”

“The check in was quick and easy and the room was clean, but those are the only good points. The hotel is very basic and expensive for what you get which is essentially just a bed and a toilet. There is no breakfast and the walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the adjoining rooms. On top of that, housekeeping started their rounds about 07:30 on a Sunday morning. “Customer service by Alexis took a load off me when had an event @ the OMNI Star. Alexis was knowledgeable about the shuttle services offered by the hotel and she scheduled me right away. Matthew was a great driver and friendly. My room services provided during my staff were timely and provided the things we needed. Enjoyed my stay.”
