Residence a Costa Mujeres

“Staff was amazing. Shout out to Felipe, Esai and Matilda. But ALL the staff were super, friendly and so helpful and accommodating. We were able to upgrade our room and loved the oceanfront sound and views. Our room kept so clean, sheets, towels and bar items changed daily.”

“What a magical place. The road to get there isn't gravel. It's muddy and has mud puddles on the way. But I was able to get there in a compact car just fine. This place is well worth it.”

“They went above and beyond to help after issues with room on day of arrival. Food was good, room was great, staff overall friendly and helpful but there were times that they were definitely overwhelmed/understaffed during busy eating hours. Not uncommon to wait for 30 minutes or longer from kitchen at especially busy times.”

“The resort staff was amazing!! The food was great, the speed was even better, water temperature really good!! Bars inside the pool were super cool, whole family had a blast!! I have 0 complaints. We will definitely go back.”

“Struttura semplce ma carina. Ottima posizione su spiaggia norte. Molto bella la vista dalla camera. Persinale gentile e disponibile”

“Hotel carino pulito vicino al mare”

“Ottima posizione ”

L'animazione per i bambini è stata super, tante attività diverse, i bambini ci andavano sempre volentieri. Il personale sempre super cortese, disponibile e sorridente, spiaggia e mare bellissimi, stanza spaziosa, confortevole e ben arredata. Bellissimo l'acqua park, bellissimi gli spettacoli serali. Ottimo cibo, tanta scelta. Uni neo, difficile trovare posto sulle sdraio e troppi pochi ombrelloni.”

Colazione a buffet discreta”

“It was genuinely so beautiful but there wasn’t any fun on the resort”

“Excellent layout, great views”
