“The condo is in a great location with an excellent view of the ocean. The condo itself is needs updating. The bed was not very comfortable and has a foam mattress topper that is way too soft plus the sheets do not fit, constantly coming off. ”

“Great property, view and location. It Took us a few min to locate the 3rd bed as it’s as the bed is a pull out style. Highly recommend this condo. The parking lot was resurfacing during our stay and that was an inconveniences, but other then that no issues.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in the in-law unit at this house in Poipu, even though we had assumed we had the place to ourselves. The neighborhood location was perfect (walking distance to multiple beaches & restaurants, as well as a pool) and the bed was comfortable. It’s very affordable for the area and the extra items (towels, beach chairs, umbrella, random snorkel gear) were super handy. It was easy to communicate with our host and he was very flexible on timing.”

“We have been to the N Shore of Kauai before so we know that it is high "funky factor". This property is in a good location at the Hanalei Resort and pretty much like we expected but more worn than we expected. The shower was nice and the bathroom and bedroom pretty clean. The room was rather dark and could use more lighting. The floors were wavy and buckled in places from previous flooding and the stand swing on the lanai is falling apart. It would be nice to get rid of it and have two...

“I I was really happy with our stay here. The unit actually exceeded my expectations it is slightly larger than it appears and the photos. The kitchen and back deck are so nice it really opens up the unit which is more of a studio but with a large kitchen and large bathroom for people can fit in it comfortably please keep in mind that the sofa is not a sofa bed what they have is a plushie blow up bed, however it was comfortable and way to put up and break down. Walking distance to grocery store...

“This was a great space to have while on Kauai. Close to so much, right across the street from the athletic club, whose pool was clutch with our 4 year old! We loved being on the ground floor to just walk right out on the grass. The AC was helpful just to shut out the noise of the roosters at 3am but other than that, it wasn’t needed it was nice and cool with fresh air flowing through. Jill was a wonderful host and we would certainly rent from her again! Mahalo Jill!”
