I would recommend visiting right before sunset. Watching the sunset and the reflection while listening to the waves, the blowhole, and the occasional rooster is super relaxing. It's fun standing right next to the blowhole and waiting for the water to spray out. I believe there are signs against going past the fences but a lot of people ignore it...

We visited in January and would definitely recommend visiting it!

“We absolutely loved our stay at Sabina’s condo in the Kiahuna Plantation! This condo is in a prime location with a short walk to everything you could want and need. 3-min walk to the beach, shops directly across the street, and less than a mile away. This condo is centrally located to everything. The condo is exactly as described, very clean, well organized, and has everything you need for a great beach vacation. “The place was exactly as pictured, even better. There are also 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and a cooler on the lanai. Check in was super easy and the host was very attentive. We had an AC issue and while the maintenance man wasn’t able to come that day (it was the day the tsunami came) he did come in the morning and fixed it within 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place! It was a little tight with 2 teenagers but we bought an air mattress and it was fine.”

“Beautiful condo in a great location. We loved how close we were to restaurants/shopping. The pool is just across the street. Kiahuna beach right in front of the plantation was perfect for our 8 and 10 year old to boogie board. We ended up just driving closer to the beach on the grounds, but it’s an easy 5-10 min walk. Just something to note- air conditioning is only in the living room. There are fans provided to help circulate, but if you are used to sleeping in a cold bedroom, that is something...
