“Siamo stati in questo hotel per 6 notti. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. Tutti sono stati molto gentili e sempre pronti per aiutare e consigliare. La qualità prezzo non è ottimale; con quello che si spende ci aspettavamo una struttura in perfetto stato, invece ci sono per esempio mobili e ringhiere usurate che sarebbero da sistemare. Ristorante/bar a bordo piscina buono (buon rapporto qualità prezzo); ristorante per la cena buono ma caro. ”

They only have one restaurant by the pool, would be very nice to have another option and maybe the closing time be a little bit more late. Everything in the island closes at 9pm, I would love that the resort your staying offer you the option to have food available until 10pm for example. Other than that the resort is beautiful!”

Unico appunto per gli ombrelloni di paglia: sono pochi e nessuno controlla che non vengano occupati senza utilizzo effettivo.”

“Small older hotel, in an older section of town. We just needed the night to sleep as we arrived late. The staff were very helpful and friendly in coordinating to have our room and key ready in a lock box. If you are arriving late please make prior arrangements. There was another guest, who happened to be on our prior flight, who had not made arrangements, but I gave them the contact information and the staff were able to assist them to their room Older electric and plumbing systems require you...

“This place is beautiful! The hotel is on beautiful land and is well kept and breathtaking. So much grass, trees, and plants that overlook the beautiful mountains. The staff is so kind and create such a nice experience for the guest. Thank you for allowing us to stay here!”

“Clean room”

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“This is the place to stay. It’s a hidden gem. Close to everything. No need to stay at a “mega” resort on Poipu. These rooms are perfect. Older yes but absolutely beautiful and peaceful in the middle of it all.”

“The Sheraton Coconut Beach Resort is hands down the best stay our family has had in a long time. This is a special place. The rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable and beautiful, most overlook the ocean from the small balcony. This hotel is beachfront and has a gorgeous resort style pool right next to the ocean.
