Room (14) was clean and quiet, AC was cold, had a small kitchenette in my room, so everything was just about perfect. Was visited several times by an orange tabby named Mochi, who assured me that he was the Director of Guest Services. “We stayed here for 6 days, it was a breathtaking vacation. The resort has everything you need, we had planed to rent a car and explore the island yet we were so comfortable here we did not leave! Beach is beautiful, pool is spectacular, and food options are plentiful. Will be back”
“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday.
The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow".
In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!!
